When running criminal reports, it is essential that the Emerge Review process and procedures are understood, to ensure maximum accuracy on all reports you generate.
There are many times when reports need to be reviewed and amended for accuracy, due to some sources reporting partial or incomplete records.
There are two ways that you will obtain an Emerge Review on your report. In this topic, we will discuss how you can request an Emerge Review on your report.
After your criminal report has completed, there may be records that are missing information, or that may need to be researched and removed. You can request an Emerge Review on your report free of charge, which will submit the report to our support team, and it will be updated to ensure it is 100% accurate and compliant.
To request an Emerge Review, you will need to click on the blue Emerge Review button at the bottom of the criminal report in question. The button is a blue icon with a magnifying glass.
It will give you a comment box to type in your comments/requests, as well as a space to provide us with the middle name or initial if you have one on file.
Once you have submitted the Emerge Review, you will be notified by e-mail that a support ticket has been started, and you will be notified once again once the review is complete.
