When the Social Security Number you have entered generates a message stating "Unable to Validate" it can be for two possible reasons:
1. If your applicant has come from another country at some point, the Social Security Number they were issued sometimes won't generate with our service. This is due to the SSN being issued in a "randomization batch" by U.S. Immigration. When this occurs, we recommend using E-Verify through the SSA to confirm your applicant has a valid Social Security card.
2. You may have simply entered the Social Security Number incorrectly! If you call Intelifi's Support Department, you can provide us what you have on file and we can compare it to what was typed in. If it is a match, refer to option #1 in this FAQ.
